Each March, Dress for Success Houston rallies the community to champion Houston women on their career journeys. Last year, our March giving campaign—presented by Chevron—raised more than $172,000 thanks to the generosity of our community and more than 15 company sponsors. This year, we continue that momentum as we celebrate Women’s History Month and uplift even more women on her path forward.

Each spring, WOW hosts over 200 co-ed young professionals at a popular Houston bar to enjoy philanthropic fun with light bites from top restaurants, cold drinks from local breweries and distilleries, and the chance to win fantastic raffle packages.

Members of the Corporate Guild, representing 66 companies, and their guests gathered for a Texas farm-to-table dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel Houston on June 3 — raising more than $25,000 to support Dress for Success Houston’s mission!

run for a reason

January 10-11, 2026

Team DFS Houston proudly celebrated 13 years of participation in Chevron Houston Marathon weekend as part of the Run for a Reason initiative. Participants walked, ran, and cheered across the 5K, half marathon, and full marathon, raising over $86,000 to support our transformative Health and Wellness Program and advance women’s empowerment both on and off the course.

RENDEZVOUS

sATURDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2025

At Rendezvous with Dress for Success Houston, over 550 supporters gathered for a memorable evening celebrating 27 years of empowering women and a decade-long partnership with Houston’s leading arts organizations—the Houston Ballet, Houston Symphony, and Theatre Under the Stars—through our Creative Works Program. The event raised over $600,000 to advance the mission of DFS Houston.

Tootsies Summer Soirée

WOW celebrated the 22nd Annual Tootsies Summer Soirée with over 250 guests for an unforgettable evening of shopping, bites, and beverages at Tootsies. Co-chairs, Dani Kattan and Mow Rahman orchestrated the event, raising over $18,700 to further the mission of Dress for Success Houston.
